Our Operators- We train and monitor our staff so as to insure professional and courteous service to all callers. Our operators not only represent our company, but more importantly yours! Their conscientiousness as to the needs of each caller and of our clients and follow your instructions to get the message to the right person or place.
Equipment- We use the most advanced computerized telemessaging system available continuously powered by battery via an on line UPS to eliminate outages and spikes. Once the message has been entered a series of automated events occur to insure proper delivery (i.e. fax or e-mail each morning of all calls received). For emergency calls reminders are automatically echoed to operator until delivery is completed. Text messaging to pagers or cell/pcs phones is also a function of our equipment.
Charges- We provide you an extension of your business hours in labor cost; therefore we charge on a usage basis. For the past twelve years we bill clients for what they use not a shared cost divided over all our clients. We have a base of $40.00 per month (a readiness to serve for your use of our telephone number, equipment space exclusive to your business, and operator training/updates). The computer then tracts your calls in increments of a tenth of a minute or each six seconds then cumulates these tenths over the month of operator time. We charge eight cents per tenth or nine cents if we provide an eight hundred number. Average calls take approximately three to four tenths or forty cents. Hang-up and wrong numbers do not usually take six seconds and do not bill.
Improved Office Efficiency-With call forwarding and/or, call forwarding busy, call forwarding don’t answer we increase the size of your office staff allowing better utilization of those in the office to handle pressing matters when they arise. We answer for you and fax or e-mail immediately the callers message so you can take care of business.
Extended Office Hours-With after hours answering we insure you do not miss an opportunity for your business to serve your customer needs. Today business is handled on multiple of time zones so don’t limit your business.
